We do NOT repair all laptops at a fixed price as others claim to do as every repair is different to the next. Imagine taking your car to a garage that offered a fixed repair cost for every fault; they would only do the simple cheap faults and not do the expensive complex faults. I.T. CONNECTIONZ will attempt every repair and give you a fair price for every repair. Once we give you a price, we will keep to it; if for any reason we cannot complete the repair then we will make NO CHARGE at all.
Most repairs are completed in 3 to 5 working days but this does depend on component availability. We can complete many repairs the same day. Please telephone us first if you require a same day repair, so we can let you know if it is possible and to arrange a time. For example, if the fault is a failed power connector then this can usually be replaced in 3-4hr provided you book an appointment.
